Your questions, answered
You’re free to enjoy your holiday home as much as you like throughout the season – the season length depends on the park, but typically runs for 10-11 months of the year.
In addition to your site fees, there are other costs to consider including insurance, metered electric and bottled gas. More information on these costs can be given when you visit us, or simply call us for further details.
Absolutely! All our parks are dog-friendly park – we even have Dog Agility at Billing Aquadrome and Hayling Island. The only exception is dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act.
Yes, we’ll always consider part exchange – please bring specific details with you when you visit us, or call us for more information.
Pitch fees vary but start from only £3,000 and include water rates, ground maintenance, security, owner support and access to the park’s facilities.
We operate a holiday licence only, but you can stay as much as you like during the 10 or 11 month season. You must have a primary residence and be able to provide proof of this residence annually as stipulated in our site licence.
