FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes — group bookings require a 10% deposit, to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Yes — however, some activities may require pre-booking or have limited spaces. We recommend booking early, especially during school holidays.
Decorations are allowed inside your holiday home (no wall damage). Portable speakers and BBQs (BBQ must be off the grass) are fine as long as park safety rules are followed. No loud music after quiet hours.
Please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms apply per booking and may result in loss of deposit.
Yes, subject to accommodation capacity and availability. Please confirm any changes in writing before arrival.
