Are all the Meadow Bay holiday parks owners only? 

In short, no! Here’s a breakdown of our parks… 

Golden Leas and Hollybush Farm are our holiday parks in Kent on the Isle of Sheppey. They are our only two owners only caravan parks and are a short walk away from each other. They allow owners to enjoy the tranquillity of the parks and the nearby surrounding areas. Despite both being owners only, it doesn’t stop the fun! From evening shows, to mini golf, an outdoor heated pool and an onsite bar.

Billing Aquadrome is our largest and most family-friendly park, based in Northampton, suitable for owners and holidaymakers alike. Buzzing with activities, entertainment, eateries and all-day fun, but balanced with stunning scenery, acres of lakes and open space to give that serenity when it’s needed. 

Hayling Island is situated in Hampshire, and is on the stunning south coast, a stone’s throw away from the beach. Owners and holidaygoers can enjoy a slower pace whilst still enjoying everything our holiday park has to offer, from swimming pools, to restaurants and parks and surrounded by beautiful walks.

Golden Leas, a haven for owners
