What to expect from your holiday home ownership appointment at Billing Aquadrome

You’ve made the decision that buying a static caravan is on your bucket list, but now the exciting journey of finding your perfect holiday home starts. Our holiday home ownership appointments are the perfect way to explore available homes, speak to our team and view the holiday park in all its glory – with zero pressure. So, let’s get started… 

Assuming you’ve made a choice on the area of England you are hoping to buy a caravan in, we will share exactly what you’ll get up to at Billing Aquadrome, in Northampton. 

Your arrival: where to go & what to expect

On arrival, you will be directed straight over to our sales office, this is on the right as you drive into Billing Aquadrome. There is plenty of parking and your dedicated member of staff will be waiting for you. 

A quick catch-up to re-confirm your wishlist  

Most of the time, you will have had a few conversations with our sales representatives so we know a bit more about you, we usually have discussed the following questions before your arrival; 

  • What budget do you have for buying a static caravan? Our homes start from £24,995 and range all the way up to £80,000+, so most of the time we can cater for almost any budget. Having an idea of what you want to spend helps us narrow down what we show you on the day. 
  • What do you prioritise in terms of location? Whether this is close to amenities or a lakeside view, it’s good to know what is on top of your list. 
  • How are you paying for your caravan / holiday home? Outright in full or using finance? This helps us to know what deals will be suitable for you. 
  • Are you looking for pre-loved or a brand new home? We have options for both at Billing Aquadrome, so whether you are looking for the latest model or something a few years old, we can use this to establish which caravan is best. 

Now the fun bit: let’s go caravan shopping… 

This is always everyone’s favourite part, for many families, it’s their first time stepping inside a static caravan for sale rather than one they’re just renting for a holiday.

We tend to narrow down 3-5 homes that match your criteria (or elements of) to show you a range of options. These will vary in size, age, price, location on site etc.

We will, of course, give you a moment to walk around yourself, so you can really take each home into consideration and work out if it’s right for you and your family. 

Park life unlocked: exploring Billing Aquadrome 

If you’ve never visited Billing Aquadrome before, we’re sure you will be blown away by what it has to offer and all the holiday park facilities around, having a tour of the holiday park means nothing goes amiss so you can start imagining yourself here. 

From checking out the restaurants and having a bite to eat, to going for a walk around one of the many lakes, or just people watching whilst enjoying a drink on the terrace. You’ll quickly see how much there is to do, whilst also witnessing the quieter parts of the park and the wildlife that goes with it.

Wrapping up: costs, finance & next steps

There is no pressure to make any decisions on the day of your visit, but we’re here at the end of your tour to answer any more questions you may have. 

  • Calculate the total costs – if the tour has helped you narrow down your options, and let’s say you’re choosing between two homes, we can look at each and see what the total cost would be, taking into account finance options, pitch fees etc. 
  • Arrange payment or finance – if you are ready to move forward, we can there and then agree your purchase with a finance agreement or deposit. 
  • Reviewing the fine print – we’ll sit down together to go through all the details at your pace, answering any questions so you feel 100% confident before signing.
  • Receive your owners pack – From the on-park discounts you will receive, to park rules, emergency contact numbers, and site maps, you will have everything you need to know before you get your keys. |

The countdown to key handover

Depending on which caravan you’re buying, what dates are suitable for you and how you are paying, we will agree a suitable moving in date for you to collect your keys. So now the countdown begins!
