Doggies are spoilt for choice when it comes to local walks in the Northamptonshire Area. From walks in the countryside to walks with water views, here are some popular walkies hotspots:
Brampton Valley Way
A 14-mile concrete trail built on the former Northampton to Market Harborough railway.
Great and Little Billing
A 3–4 mile walk through the village’s four churches, two pocket parks and meadow land.
Harlestone Firs
A 300-acre area of woods and open fields that’s popular with dog walkers.
Pitsford Reservoir
Also known as Pitsford Water Park, this is a popular location for dog walking.

Yes, we have conveniently placed poo bins throughout the park to make it easier to clean up after your dog.
Some great beaches to visit within just 2 hours of the Northamptonshire area include Hunstanton, Southend-on-Sea and Skegness beach.
While most areas are dog friendly, there may be some restricted spots. If you’re unsure, just check with our friendly staff who will be happy to guide you to dog-friendly zones around the park.
We do not accept listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act which are: Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino Fila Brasileiro, Japanese Tosa and XL Bully. Please note, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on-park.
