You can spread the cost of your holiday, and choose what to pay, when! Once you’ve paid your deposit, you’ve got ultimate flexibility by not being tied into regular monthly direct debit payments.
All we ask if that you are all paid up a minimum of 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, that way, we can make sure everything is ready for your arrival, and ensure that you have an unforgettable stay!

The general public can use the pool during off peak times. They can do this by purchasing a day pass online.
All swimming slots need to be booked in advance (up to two weeks in advance is available) and they can be booked here

Making sure everyone is safe while at the park is a major part of our goal to make sure our visitors have the greatest possible experience. Please keep the following in mind when you are visiting us.
Keep to the speed limit
The maximum speed limit around the park is 5 mph* although we advise you go slower than this. Remember excited children don’t always pay attention so please drive slowly. Park roads are public roads All roads on the park are subject to the Road Traffic Act.
Don’t fall into the trap of thinking they are private as they are not. All rules that apply on normal roads apply on our roads, including drink driving and seat belts.
Car parking
Take care when parking, do not block any access routes that may be used by emergency vehicles. Never use vacant holiday home pitches for parking as this can be dangerous. All vehicles are parked at the owners’ risk.
No smoking
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all accommodation and public areas.
Fire action
When you arrive at your accommodation, note the nearest Fire Point.
In the event of a fire…
Evacuate your accommodation and alert neighbours If possible, turn off gas and electric supplies. Raise alarm by contacting Guest Services or call 999. Do not re-enter accommodation to retrieve belongings.
Tackle a small fire with extinguishers or hoses, if safe.
Gas leak
Report any gas leak. Don’t hope others will. Do not smoke or use a naked flame. Do not operate electric switches or use mobiles.
Turn off the gas supply and open doors and windows to disperse the gas as you leave the accommodation. Contact Guest Services or Park Security immediately.
BBQ safety
BBQs must not be used for open fires. In hot weather, ensure the BBQ is contained as it should be with no hot ashes flying onto the dry ground. BBQs must be raised off the ground and not close to the accommodation.
Please ensure that all BBQs are cold and fully extinguised before disposing them in the outdoor bins provided.
First Aid
Should you require first aid please contact a member of staff. First Aiders are located in each department.
Play safely
Always ensure your children know how to get back to your accommodation. Be sure to know exactly where they are and tell them where you will be.
If you have lost your children, please go to reception or contact a member of the security team.
Lost Person
Should a member of your group become lost on site, please visit Guest Services to help find them.
Open Water
Please note, our park has access to open water. Open water swimming is not permitted under any circumstances. Only structured activities are permitted on the water.

We happily welcome assistance dogs to all of our parks and don’t charge any extra for their stay. You are able to book any grade of accommodation with us and aren’t required for it to be dog-friendly.
All holiday bookings include accommodation, as well as access to restaurants, supermarket and launderette. The cost of your holiday also includes pool access and a programme of free activities and entertainment.

Unfortunately amendments cannot be made online, and amendments cannot be made within 14 days of your arrival date.
Yes, the park welcomes day visitors at the charge of £5 per person. There is also a parking fee of £5 for the whole day. These day passes must be purchased online before arrival.
Caravan holidays include all bedding and linen. Towels are included in the following grades; lodges, platinum, gold plus and gold.

If you have booked a silver or bronze – you will need to bring towels with you.
We offer the convenience of a on-site laundry facility, including coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers.
If you have enjoyed all that our park has to offer and want to return again, we will give you 15% off if booking in the same year.
The travel cot will not fit the main bedrooms.
We now operate a keyless check in. You will get all information in your pre-arrival emails. You will need to download the meadow bay key app and then register with the email address on your booking. You will then be able to use your phone as the key.
If you wouldn’t prefer not to – no worries, just pop to reception and they can issue you a electronic key card.
If you arrive late to a holiday park and reception is closed, you’ll still be able to collect your keys from our out-of-hours security team. Please look for signage and a contact number outside reception, or speak to a member of the team in the venue.

You can bring a maximum of four dogs per holiday home booking.
Yes we do! You can use code BLC10 for static bookings and BLC10T for touring. You will be required to input your 8 digit number from your card on the online booking or to the member of staff.

A Day Pass grants visitors access to Billing Aquadrome for one calendar day, without the
need for an overnight stay. This must be booked online before arrival. You can book here
Yes, there is a £5 charge for a day pass and then £5 fishing license fee per rod.

- Mini train
- On-site food and drink outlets (purchases not included)
- All entertainment and events put on by our Tribe team
- No access to swimming pool during peak. Off peak swimming is included (booking

The price for a day pass is £5 per person (under 5s are free) and £5 for parking all day.
Bookings have to be made in advance via ‘Book Activities’ on our website. There are limited
number of days passes available each day.

We now have ANPR on lanes 1 and 2, if you have registered your car registration you will be able to drive up and gain access. If you have not registered, please head to lane 3.
Prior to arriving you would have received the pre arrival emails with the details of our contactless check in and the park map. You are welcome on park from 12pm and at 4pm you can make your way to your accommodation and use the app to gain entry.
Absolutely! Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome. Please clean up after your pet and
respect other guests and wildlife.
We are afraid that Day Passes are non-refundable and non transferrable.
TLJ locks are smart, keyless door systems that allow you to access your caravan using a digital code or app. They’re secure, convenient, and remove the hassle of physical keys.
In order to access your digital key, you will need to download the app and log in using the same email address as you holiday booking. The app is available on apple and android. If you have are not comfortable with this option, please head to reception and they will be able to register you a key card.
Your app key will activate from check-in time (4pm) on your arrival day and will deactivate at check-out time (10am) on your departure day. If your accommodation is available early you will get a notification via the app (you will need to allow push notifications on your settings).
Yes – TLJ locks use encrypted technology and are widely trusted across the hospitality industry. Your code is unique to your stay and automatically deactivates after check-out.
Yes, anyone one your booking can also have access, we just need to register their email address on your holiday booking and they too can download the app and use their email address to log in.
If you prefer a physical key card, please head to reception and they will be able to register you one.
Simply ensure the door is locked when you leave. Your access will automatically deactivate after your scheduled check-out time – no keys to return! If you opted for a key card, we kindly ask you to drop it into reception.
