FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Day guests are welcomed but booking is required online before arrival. There is a limit of 75 guests per day and can be booked via our website here. Day passes during off peak includes swimming during off-peak. Swimming isn’t included over peak (peak timings can be found on our activities page)
Car park and entry to the park is £5pp plus £5 for car parking and must be booked online prior to arriving.
Please note, if you’ve booked and pre-paid for an activity (like watersports) you will not need to pay an additional parking charge.
When bringing your dog(s), we have three golden rules:
1. Keep your dog(s) on a lead at all times
We know it’s hard to believe, but not everybody likes dogs so we must respect that.
2. If your dog poops, then pick it up
Poop bags are available from Guest Services so no need to worry if you run out.
3. Do not leave your dog unattended
Even the quietest dog may bark when left alone in a strange place!
With 234 acres and 11 lakes there are plenty of long picturesque walks to take your dog on – and thats just on park!
Head through the gate and you can follow the brook along the river. Dogs are allowed on the decked areas and external seating but not on the amphitheater but not inside the venue.
Yes, we do, however they must be raised off the grass with no damage to the grounds.
Day guests are welcome to book a day pass and enjoy the restaurant and eateries. We do not allow general walk on to our eateries.

We have a detailed park map available to download or view online. It shows the position of our holiday homes, touring pitches and glamping pods in relation to the facilities.
The first point of call would be to contact reception. If closed or unavailable you can call security on 07894194534. If you have had a bad experience and wish to make a compliant, this must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected]
We have super fast Wi-Fi to all our caravan accommodation and is also available up at the venue.
You will find Nisa convenience store on park.
9am – 6pm last entry at 5pm
Swimming is included in all our holiday bookings so is free of charge. Out of peak swimming is included in the day pass which is £5pp.
No, the park closes on the 10th November.
