FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Day guests are allowed on site from Friday 13th September. There is a limit of 75 guests per day and passes can be booked on the Billing App, over the phone or via Facebook Messenger. Payment will be taken on the gate, card only. This includes swimming during off-peak. Swimming isn’t included over peak (Oct half 18th – 1st)
Car park and entry to the park is £5pp plus £5 for car parking and can be paid at the entrance barrier.
Please note, if you’ve booked and pre-paid for an activity (like watersports) you will not need to pay an additional parking charge.
When bringing your dog(s), we have three golden rules:
1. Keep your dog(s) on a lead at all times
We know it’s hard to believe, but not everybody likes dogs so we must respect that.
2. If your dog poops, then pick it up
Poop bags are available from Guest Services so no need to worry if you run out.
3. Do not leave your dog unattended
Even the quietest dog may bark when left alone in a strange place!
With 234 acres and 11 lakes there are plenty of long picturesque walks to take your dog on – and thats just on park!
Head through the gate and you can follow the brook along the river. Dogs are allowed on the decked areas and external seating but not on the amphitheater but not inside the venue.
Yes, we do, however they must be raised off the grass with no damage to the grounds.
We have a detailed park map available to download or view online. It shows the position of our holiday homes, touring pitches and glamping pods in relation to the facilities.
The first point of call would be to contact reception. If closed or unavailable you can call security on 07894194534.

You will find Nisa convenience store on park.
9am – 6pm last entry at 5pm, during peak sessions times on the hour will be run.
Inflatable session every night during peak and off peak is just on a Saturday 6:30pm – 7:30pm 8yrs – 15yrs age restrictions.
It’s £5 per adult, £3.50 per child, £3.50 OAP, children 4yrs and under go free, family pass (2adults and 2children) £15 and it’s £5 per child for the inflatable session.
No, the park closes on the 4th November.
